Andre and Annika have shown incredible professionalism and given me ongoing support and guidance throughout what otherwise has been a very stressful process prior to working with the team Integral Development Group. What a relief it was to have a single source of knowledge of everything that is both new and future listed in the whole Gold Coast region. Then there’s Andre’s tenacity to go well above and beyond to ensure you get what you are after. By the end, I think he knows more about my hopes and dreams than most of my own family. So much so I genuinely feel I have gained a new family member. At the end of the day, if you are after a property that’s already listed, off the plan, or still in conception stage, pretty sure Andre and his team not only know about it but will go any length to measure if it’s right for you. No request is seen as superfluous or trivial. Great work indeed!
